Meet Ashley and Griffin Mann

Our team has extensive training and experience in guiding our clients with integrity, respect and the highest level of customer service.
Griffin, an Austin native, earned his BS in Geology from Texas Christian University and a MS in Geology from the University of Texas Arlington. He has weathered the ups and downs in the Oil & Gas industry for the past five years before opening MITS. Ashley graduated from the University of North Texas and has been in the service industry for her entire career. With a passion for serving others as Director of senior living communities in Dallas/Ft Worth, Midland, and now the Midland, Ashley brings that same passion to MITS.
Recently married in Estes Park, both are outdoor enthusiasts, avid skiers and hikers with a love for their families and their newborn son, Grayson. During the recent Pandemic, Griffin was able to focus on his entrepreneurial and business aspirations using extensive research and training to redirect his career. Both were drawn to MITS because of the outstanding product, selection and installation process as well as the family culture and support evident among other owners. They look to better serve the Midland area.
